All transactions on myjudi are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable bonus wagering requirements.
All myjudi bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits detailed at the point of offer. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your myjudi login credentials. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.

Use of the myjudi platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:
myjudi reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to myjudi's satisfaction, access to the platform will be suspended and any funds held pending resolution. myjudi operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will report any confirmed instances to the relevant authorities.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) myjudi account only. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts and permanent exclusion from the platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times. Material inaccuracies in account information — including name, date of birth, residential address, or contact details — may result in account suspension pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your myjudi login credentials (username and password). You must not share account access with any third party. myjudi accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials adequately.
myjudi reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on any account at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.
All financial transactions on myjudi are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). myjudi currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. Supported methods are subject to change; refer to the Cashier section of your myjudi account for current options.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change. myjudi does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — myjudi accepts no responsibility for such third-party charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Verified accounts in good standing can generally expect withdrawals to be completed within minutes to a few hours. Accounts pending KYC completion, accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements, or accounts under review for compliance reasons may experience extended processing times. myjudi reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Funds deposited into your myjudi account are held for gaming purposes only. myjudi does not pay interest on account balances. Balances on dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of RM 10 per month, deducted from the account balance, following 30 days' prior notice.
myjudi offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms detailed at the point of offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry timeframes.
Where a bonus requires a specific wagering multiple, that requirement must be met in full before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
myjudi reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, using bonuses across multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors in promotion mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any resulting winnings.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash prior to completion of wagering requirements, and are limited to one per household or IP address.
All bets placed on the myjudi platform are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable at the time of the bet. It is the User's responsibility to review applicable rules prior to placing any wager. myjudi displays game rules and information within each game or betting interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or error during a game round or betting event, myjudi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. myjudi accepts no liability for losses resulting from network interruptions on the User's side.
Bets placed after the official start of a live event — where the platform's systems register the bet as pre-event due to a data feed latency — may be voided at myjudi's discretion. myjudi's records of bet placement times are final and definitive.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the myjudi platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
All content on the myjudi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of myjudi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the myjudi platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any myjudi content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myjudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the myjudi platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
myjudi's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
myjudi makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While myjudi employs industry-standard security measures, you access and use the platform at your own risk.
myjudi's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the myjudi Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the myjudi platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
myjudi complies with applicable data protection legislation and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect User data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Users have rights in respect of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
myjudi is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Users manage their play: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.
